Easter Egg Hunt

McKay and I were alone the night before Easter and we decided to color eggs on our own and then hide the eggs in the front room for my parents to find.  We thought the egg hunt would be pretty easy for them because they had been hiding eggs in there for over a decade.  They should know the hiding places right?  Well McKay thought it would be smart to draw a map of where the eggs were just in case they couldn't find them all and we couldn't remember.  I think mom and dad had fun.  I definitely know that McKay and I did.

The calm before the storm.

This egg was the only one that was visible.

Easy enough!

After a while mom decided that there HAD to be some on the floor.  Nope.

Still not there.... :)

In the shoes?

Dad couldn't find any.

 Having fun

Where oh where could they be??

Still looking

Trying to team up

Mom's.....

.......and dads.
But STILL Ten to go!

We decided to play Hot and Cold
But dad didn't find any in the shoe basket....

Ah!  That's because McKay SHOVED them in!  There were TWO in the shoes :)

There we go!  All 25 eggs accounted for.  Mom had one more making her the winner.

And here is our nifty little map

Then we all ate a yummy breakfast of crepes.  Mmmm my personal favorite.  Dad is helping me make them as it is usually his specialty.

THE END!

That looked like so much fun. You wouldn't think there would so many places to hide eggs in the living room.
