My friend and I decided to get together and make dinner the other night. We thought it would be really fun to make lettuce wraps. So we got all the ingredients together and were almost done. We had all the sauce ready and the chicken cooked. All we had to do was get the chicken into the food processor and bam! I drop it all on the floor!
Can you believe it!? I was so upset! All our hard work and I drop it! What terrible luck! My friend said lets just wash it off, so I spent the next 20 minutes meticulously cleaning each and every cube of chicken . All in all it ended well. But gosh I sure was glad that I cleaned the floor that afternoon!

One of my favorite nights this year!! Thanks for letting us cook at your house and thanks for making me laugh :) I am partly to blame, though, I mean I was just STANDING there. I just watched it...all the way to the floor. Haha! Still make me laugh :)

Lettuce wraps are so yummy!! I use ground chicken or turkey so that I don't have to process the chicken :) Try it . . . . you'll like it!!!!

I had this happen to me onece too! Except I couldn't wash off the tuna casserole that I had just pulled out of the oven that was in a glass casserole dish! I am pretty sure I ussed a couple unsavory words that night:)
Jenna- Haha, what were you supposed to do... grab all those individual pieces? Haha.. Unless you are a vampire!
Mom- That was one of the first things that popped into my head; get the camera!
Grandma- I'll have to see if I can get you the recepie, I actually think that Jenna got it on-line.. so I'll try to find it.
